Privacy & how it works
Updated 4 September 2026 · Operator and contact details
This page prepares chat commands. It does not sign you into Twitch or YouTube, show your verified balance, issue tickets, post messages or take payments.

Your draft and clipboard
The editor processes your draft only in the open page. Reloading clears it. Our application does not upload drafts, include them in URLs, or save them in cookies or browser storage. A copy button writes to your clipboard; your device may retain clipboard history. Avoid private or sensitive information. You can use the editor without providing an account or contacting us.
Hosting and technical data
ChatGPT Sites hosts this website through OpenAI Ireland Ltd. Technical requests can include your IP address, time, requested URL, browser and device details, referrer, response status and security diagnostics. This supports page delivery, troubleshooting and protection against abuse. Our basis is the legitimate interest in reliable, secure operation under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
OpenAI processes hosted data on our behalf under the applicable Sites data processing agreement. Its subprocessors may support hosting. International transfers use the safeguards described in that agreement, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses. We do not promise a specific hosting region or a fixed provider-log deletion period. Technical data is retained as needed for service operation, security and applicable obligations.
Cookies and analytics
We add no analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies. The hosting security layer may use necessary cookies to distinguish legitimate visitors from harmful traffic. Cloudflare describes its __cf_bm cookie as expiring after 30 minutes of inactivity; it is not an advertising identifier. See Cloudflare’s cookie information. We will update this notice before adding optional tracking.
Twitch, tickets and public chat
Twitch and YouTube open only when you follow a link; they are separate services with their own privacy rules. A command you choose to post in chat can be public. The Bytearium bot processes verified platform account IDs, relevant follow events, display names, ticket status, command records and submitted suggestions. Suggestions may appear in the stream or recordings. This enables the requested interaction, moderation and duplicate-claim protection.
Ticket records support balances that do not expire and prevent repeat claims. The bot does not currently delete these records automatically. Retention is reviewed when you request deletion or the service changes; records still needed for an active balance, abuse prevention or legal obligations may require separate assessment. You may ask for access, correction or deletion by email. We verify account ownership without asking for your password. No new ticket is promised after deletion.
One free follow ticket is available per verified Twitch account, not per follow event. One accepted suggestion spends one ticket; a rejection does not. Queued does not mean delivered, acted upon or successful. Byte can decide not to follow a suggestion. YouTube starter tickets remain unavailable until account verification and delivery are connected. No subscription, like, comment or viewing requirement will apply to that starter ticket. Paid support is disabled.
Email and your rights
If you email us, we use the sender address and message to handle your request, based on Article 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR as applicable. The mailbox uses Proton Mail; see its privacy information. Correspondence is kept as needed to resolve the request and meet applicable retention duties.
Subject to the legal conditions, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw any consent. You can also complain to a supervisory authority, including the Lower Saxony data protection authority. The editor and ticket system do not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
